Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

How refunds, cancellations, and billing corrections are handled for CodeStorms Tools.

1. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription from the CodeStorms billing page or the Paddle customer portal. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and any rights that apply under consumer law. Examples that may qualify include duplicate charges, a verified billing error, or a paid service that could not be provided as described.

3. Change-of-mind and partial-period refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.

4. Plan changes and prorations

When you upgrade or change a paid plan, Paddle may calculate prorated charges or credits according to the subscription change shown during billing. If a required payment fails, the requested plan change may not be applied.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are normally returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the receiving financial institution.

6. Requesting help

For a refund or billing correction, contact us through the CodeStorms support page. Include the email used for your account and enough transaction information for us to identify the charge. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
